After the success of our last post listing some great home workouts you can do with zero equipment needed. The Athlete Program head coach and KRATOS owner Mike Catris has put together another 10 workouts that you can do at home with nothing more than a dumbbell, a kettlebell and a skipping rope!

At KRATOS we know how important being able to train is for both your mental and physical health during this unprecedented time. So, we will continue to come up with workouts for you to enjoy in the safety of your own home with limited/no equipment needed.
