10 KRATOS Home Workouts
No Equipment Needed

With the spread of COVID19 causing the majority of gyms across the globe to shut down, KRATOS have put together a few workouts for you to do at home without any equipment needed. These workouts should give you everything you need to get a good sweat on and release some much-needed endorphins.

Written by The Athlete Program head coach and KRATOS Owner Mike Catris, each of these workouts will give you a great whole-body session and help burn fat and improve fitness levels at home. There’s no need for fancy gym equipment!
