KRATOS Fitness was launched in 2011 by Michel Catris and Allen Reid. Allen and Mike are old school friends and are both fitness enthusiasts who regularly train together in the gym. Both have different areas of expertise to combine and form a complete fitness partnership for their clients. One thing they most definitely have in common is a belief in results driven Personal Training thus creating a partnership more likely to help you reach your goals.
The KRATOS Fitness Centre is currently being equipped with the latest functional fitness equipment including TRX, Kettlebells, Olympic Weights, and ViPR along with other classic fitness equipment.
